Professor, I attended your lectures last year. I always think you're fun and kind and admire your attitude for students. I believe you've spent pretty meaningful life! I hope we meet again in other era or place. Thank you for your teaching sir! I love you!
From Bufs. I'm one of a student in English Department. I loved the way you taught us how to speak in English, the way you taught english literatures and so on. Loved your smile and gentleness. I will not forget your memories. Thank your for teaching us, rest in peace.
Professor, I am one of your student from BUFS English Department. I attended your class when I came to Korea at the first time. You always told me be confident. Really thanks for your teaching. These memories will follow me forever. Rest In Peace.
I attended your conversation class last year. I am just one of your many student but I didn't forget your teaching. Sincerely I miss your laughing and your smile.
I don't know how to say at this moment. I first talked to you for the club activity this semester. How come we had not had a conversation for such a long time? I know it's too late.. I am so sorry.. I pray that your wife and son will have strength to overcome all this sorrow.
A friend shared this blog. I'd love to thank to the people, who created this blog in remembering Mr. Jackson. I'd like to share my comment that I wrote about him. Pleaee scroll down to see.
더 이상 듣을 수 없어서 너무 아쉅지만, I cannot imagine my school without Prof. Jacksons 저번 학기 교수님 본연의 문학 수업을 들을 수 있던 것은 제게 큰 축복이였습니다. The chance of hearing his literature class was a blissful fortune. 감사합니다.
He inspired us: his bread, his British(?) outfit (though he's Canadian), and his genuine passion.
Myths, folktales, our roots , and literature... Why do we care all these? What keep them driven?
Well, I believe love is my only answer. My very reason was lit by you.
I'm a student of BUFS and I'm nobody to you because I'd never have your class. But wish you Rest in peace.
